Reimagining investor engagement through Digital Humans
Relait is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with UNITH, an Australian AI company specialising in Digital Human technology, to deliver a new generation of interactive investor engagement for ASX-listed companies.
As part of the partnership, UNITH has transitioned its Investor Centre to the Relait platform, featuring a Digital Human of UNITH Executive Director, Scott Mison. The new Investor Centre enables shareholders to engage with the company through natural, two-way conversation, providing instant access to approved company information at any time.
This collaboration marks a practical step forward in how listed companies can communicate with investors, combining trusted investor relations infrastructure with an intuitive, human-centred interface.
What is a Digital Human?
A Digital Human is an AI-powered, human-like avatar that allows users to interact conversationally with structured information. In an investor relations context, this means shareholders can ask questions in plain language and receive accurate, disclosure-aligned responses drawn from public announcements and approved company data.
Rather than replacing management interaction, the Digital Human is designed to support it. It helps answer common questions, provide context around announcements and guide investors to relevant information, while ensuring responses remain consistent, compliant, and auditable.
A new Investor Centre for UNITH
UNITH’s new Investor Centre consolidates key investor information into a single environment, powered by Relait’s investor relations platform. At the centre of the experience is “Digital Scott”, a Digital Human based on Executive Director Scott Mison.
Shareholders can engage with Digital Scott at any time to:
-
Ask questions about company announcements and disclosures
-
Access information through natural conversation rather than static documents
-
Receive consistent responses aligned with public communications
“We are always looking for better ways to engage with our shareholders without adding unnecessary complexity,” said Scott Mison, Executive Director at UNITH. “The Digital Human provides a more accessible, conversational way for investors to get the information they are looking for, while ensuring everything remains accurate and aligned with our disclosures.”

Expanding Digital Humans across the Relait platform
Beyond UNITH’s own Investor Centre, the partnership will see UNITH’s Digital Human technology made available to Relait’s growing customer base. This will enable other ASX-listed companies using Relait to offer shareholders a new, interactive way to engage with company information.
Relait provides the underlying investor relations infrastructure, consolidating registry data, market announcements, and engagement insights into a single intelligent system. The addition of Digital Humans gives companies a new interface for delivering that information in a way that feels more natural and accessible to investors.
“Relait is committed to a culture of innovation, pushing boundaries and testing new ideas that have the potential to give our customers an edge. Our partnership with UNITH demonstrates how AI can be applied responsibly to improve accessibility and engagement, without compromising accuracy or governance.
There is often a question about whether Digital Humans de-personalise investor engagement. We believe the opposite is true. By enabling governed, disclosure-aligned avatars to handle common shareholder questions, investors receive faster access to information, while management teams regain valuable time that can be reinvested in deeper, more meaningful human-to-human shareholder relationships.”
Martin McGinty, CEO, Relait
Reimagining investor engagement
As investor expectations continue to evolve, companies are looking for ways to provide greater transparency, accessibility, and responsiveness. The partnership between Relait and UNITH demonstrates how emerging AI technologies can be applied in a practical, compliant way to modernise investor engagement.
UNITH’s Investor Centre is the first example of this capability in action, with the Digital Human experience now available to other Relait customers seeking to offer a more interactive, always-on investor experience.
