UNITH (ASX.UNT)

Reimagining investor engagement through Digital Humans

The challenge

Like many ASX-listed companies, UNITH faced a familiar investor relations challenge. Shareholders wanted faster, clearer access to information, while the executive team needed a way to engage at scale without adding to an already heavy workload.

Traditional IR channels are largely one-way. Announcements are published, updates are shared and questions are handled manually through email or calls. This approach works, but it does not reflect how investors now expect to interact with companies, particularly outside market hours with a global investor base.

UNITH wanted to explore a more interactive, always-on investor experience without compromising accuracy, compliance, or trust.

The solution

UNITH entered into a strategic partnership with Relait to launch a new Investor Centre built on the Relait platform, featuring a Digital Human version of UNITH Executive Director, Scott Mison.

The Investor Centre consolidates key investor information into a single environment, drawing on announcements, company data and approved disclosures. At the centre of the experience is “Digital Scott”, an AI-powered Digital Human that allows shareholders to engage in two-way, conversational interactions.

Shareholders can ask questions in natural language and receive clear, consistent responses that reflect the company’s public disclosures and approved messaging. The experience mirrors a direct conversation with management, while remaining governed, auditable and compliant.

“We’re always looking for better ways to engage with our shareholders without creating additional complexity or risk,” said Scott Mison, Executive Director at UNITH. “The Digital Human gives investors a more direct, conversational way to access information, while ensuring everything remains accurate, consistent and aligned with our disclosures.”

How it works

Relait provides the underlying investor relations infrastructure, bringing together registry data, announcements and engagement insights into one intelligent system. UNITH’s Digital Human technology sits on top of this foundation, delivering a human-like interface for investor interaction.

Together, the solution enables:

  • A 24/7 source of truth for investor information

  • Always-on access to company updates and context

  • Consistent, compliant responses to shareholder questions

  • An alternative and engaging investor experience

The Digital Human is designed to support, not replace, management. It handles common queries, provides clarity on announcements and helps investors find relevant information quickly, freeing up executives to focus on higher-value engagement.

The outcome

The launch of UNITH’s new Investor Centre represents a step change in how listed companies can engage with shareholders.

For UNITH, it provides:

  • A modern, interactive investor experience aligned with how people actually consume information

  • Improved accessibility to company information without increasing IR overhead

  • A differentiated approach to transparency and engagement

For Relait, the partnership establishes a new capability that can be rolled out across its growing customer base. UNITH’s Digital Human technology will now be made available to other Relait customers, enabling ASX-listed companies to offer a more human, conversational way for investors to stay informed.

Why it matters

Investor relations is evolving. Shareholders expect immediacy, clarity and accessibility, but they also expect trust and accuracy. By combining Relait’s IR platform with UNITH’s Digital Human technology, this partnership shows how AI can be applied in a practical, responsible way to improve engagement rather than replace it.

This collaboration sets a new benchmark for how companies can communicate with investors, making IR more open, more human and more effective.
